Well Faisal rehman started his career in films in the early 1980s and he had a record 7 or 8 consecutive hits. He acted in about in about 20 odd films and was successful before at the end of the 1980s he moved Canada.

Since coming in the mid 1990s he has acted in TV plays mostly except for couple of films one being Shaan's Guns and Roses.

Waapsi does like a good film. What will be interesting is how closely is the film based on the original story.

Shaan has given his reasons why he could not get on with Shoaib Mansoor initially.

He does not need to be jealous of the TV industry who are just producing alot of trash or are just copying the Indians.

They are certain models who do think that they are out of ths world.

A nice movie with great music. Saw this film on the big screen here in the UK a few years back.

Why are Ary not showing the film in widescreen and the print is average.

The same film has been shown Zee a few times. It was shown in widescreen and the print was excellent. I have recording of the film courtesy of Zee.

Ary has shown Deewanay Tere Pyar Key before. It is basically showning the same old films which they have shown before.

Nothing new.

If there is one negative side of Shaan then he does have a attitude problem.

In recent months he has been thrown out of 3 projects. This is something which I will love to ask him.

It might sound stupid but the makers of the film are celebrating 100 weeks of the film even though the film has only been running for the last 8 months or so.

Basically how is this calculated that at whatever Cinemas the film is shown either in the whole country or just in a province like the Punjab all the weeks are added together and a figure is formed.

Its not 100 days because the film was released in March of this year. The celebration is of 100 weeks.

The screen shots have been taken from the "Nigar Film Weekly".

I don't think so that the sound track has been released yet.

Its is a negative review but it is not surprising because our media loves putting Pakistani films down.

One thing for sure the music is good and surprise surprise the reviewer does not like one song. What can one say. I am currently listening to he film's soundtrack on a daily basis.

I can't comment on the rest of the film as I have not seen it.

Another surprise is reading the last line of the review that the film is much better then TBJNJ and PPP.

Confused, yes I am.

They have not been shown in the UK yet. In Paksitan they were supposed to have been shown Ary and Geo on 12th November.

Can any one confirm this.

The music director is Ronak Ali and his brother Sajid Ali. The same duo who gaved music to Shaan's Mujhey Chand Chaiye.

Ronak Ali is also the director of One Two Ka One.

Yoyo I do share your sentiments regarding Syed Noor and moreover I second what you have said about surviving in our film industry.

It is a fact that to make a Pakistani film in this environment is virtually impossible and this is something which most people don't realise.

One has to give credit to directors like Syed Noor and a few others who are doing their upmost to keep the industry afloat.

On the question of Ronak Ali's film not on DTS sound or the printing has not been done from abroad one cannot blame the director. Whatever budget he is given he has to make a film with that.

It is high time that that our studio owners get the latest film equipment.

A few months I did thought that Tarap would be a good film but after I had read that Jaffer Arsh was scriptwriter for the film then I did have serious doubts but I kept quite and hoped that I would be proved wrong.

Jaffer Arsh is renounced for writing scripts for third rate Punjabi films and for him to write a script for a good Urdu is totally beyond him and this has proved right.

One has to blame Sangeeta for choosing Jaffer Arsh as script writer.

Well Veena Malik is appearing in her first Pushto film which is releasing this Eid.

Meera is currently praising Reema where ever she goes. Just a few months back she was not even on speaking terms with Reema. After her failure in India and virtually having no films in Lollywood Meera is trying to make it up with everyone in the industry.

Well Charizmatic I can't say much on Tarap as I have not seen it or I have read any offical reviews on it.

In the past Sangeeta have directed some decent films. Have you ever seen any of Sangeeta's films from the late 1970s or 1980s.

In recent years whats your opinion on films like Nikkah, Harjai, or Ehsas.

On syed noor well he has directed the biggest hit of the year and frankly the film has got very good reviews from everyone who have seen this film.

He must have done something right.

Even I was not happy that Geo showed Nikkah which was an old film but I have to give them credit that the print was really good.

I am bit cheesed off because I wanted to record it on DVD after seeing the print quality but by then I had missed the 1st hour but I still have the full film on video recorded from ZEE a few years back.
